Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we'll email your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) on a business day begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 12pm, or on weekends and public holidays, begin processing the next business day.
The courier may leave your parcel in a safe location or leave a card with collection instructions, at their discretion.

Returns & Refunds
For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns on sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, pillows, mattress protectors, and towels. Please choose carefully, and check our Size Guide if you're unsure.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order details, photos, and a description of the issue. We'll make it right in line with Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Where an item is confirmed faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we cover the cost of return postage.
Sizing
Check our Size Guide for standard Australian mattress, quilt, and pillow measurements, plus fitted-sheet depth information.
Our fitted sheets suit most mattresses up to around 35–40 cm deep. For thicker mattresses or those with a topper, measure the depth first to ensure a good fit.
We generally recommend sizing your quilt up from your mattress size for better coverage and a fuller, hotel-style drape. See our Size Guide for a full breakdown.
Fabric & Care
Our range includes microfibre, cotton, hotel-quality cotton blends, polyester fill, and duck feather and down. See our Fabric & Materials Guide to compare them.
Wash cold to warm, tumble dry on low, and avoid fabric softener to keep fibres soft. Full details are on our Care Instructions page.
Over time, fabric softener coats fibres and reduces softness, breathability, and absorbency, especially on microfibre and towels. Washing without it keeps your linen performing at its best.
