Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully, as some items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Change of Mind

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on:

Sheets
Pillowcases
Duvet covers
Pillows
Mattress protectors
Towels

This does not apply where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty item, a damaged item, or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Photos of the product and packaging
A description of the issue

Once we receive your details, we'll review the issue and let you know the next steps as quickly as possible. We may ask you to return the item so we can inspect it.

Refunds & Resolutions

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will provide one of the following, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

A replacement
Store credit
A refund

Any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Return Postage

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will cover the cost of return postage. Please keep your postage receipt so we can reimburse you if required.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
